Our consultant will provide you with the offers of several banks, regarding interest, the amount of all fees, the loan facility granting term, as well as the maximum amount and financing currency.
The loan facilities are granted for land, buildings, machines, equipment, know-how, new constructions procurement or for production premises improvement. Up to maximum 85% of the project value is financed, the balance representing the client’s own contribution. The loan facility granting term is of maximum 10 years, with a period of grace correlated to the financed project performance term.
Once selected the option, you will receive from our consultant a set of forms to be filled-in, as well as a list of company documents to be attached to the credit file. After filling-in the forms, our consultant will take these over together with all other documents requested by the bank, will check the contents thereof and will deliver such to the relevant bank, and you will be notified regarding the bank answer as soon as possible.
